Have been an office manager for 20+ years, so safe to say I've seen it all. EXCEPT never having had to deal with a sale to a corporation. I've heard mixed reviews and can definitely understand the reasons why. Can this group help me understand the pros, cons, and what to expects?

The Future?
One by one my dental school friends are selling to DSOs. I understand their decisions…tons of pressure, cashing out, less stress. Am I foolish to stay independent? Have heard success and horror stories on both sides. Can someone break the tie for me?
